  • Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Drivers may wait a maximum of 20 minutes beyond the agreed time before the booking is considered cancelled.

  • Modest attire is required when visiting temples (sarongs will be provided).

  • Swimwear is fine at beaches, but cover-ups are requested during transfers.

  • Payment is made at the villa (cash or card) or can be added to your final villa bill upon request.

  • Tips for drivers/guides are optional but appreciated.

  • No smoking in vehicles.

  • No alcohol or illegal substances permitted during tours.

  • Disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward staff or locals will result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
