Bookings must be confirmed with villa staff. Free cancellation up to 12 hours before departure. 50% cancellation fee applies for same-day cancellations (unless due to weather or emergency).
IMPORTANT NOTES
Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Drivers may wait a maximum of 20 minutes beyond the agreed time before the booking is considered cancelled.
Modest attire is required when visiting temples (sarongs will be provided).
Swimwear is fine at beaches, but cover-ups are requested during transfers.
Payment is made at the villa (cash or card) or can be added to your final villa bill upon request.
Tips for drivers/guides are optional but appreciated.
No smoking in vehicles.
No alcohol or illegal substances permitted during tours.
Disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward staff or locals will result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
Tours may be rescheduled or adjusted due to weather or safety concerns.
